First Hotels in Scandinavia Refurbish
Here is an updated list of news from the First hotel chain, one of my partners for good accommodation in Scandinavia. You will find some links to incentive suggestions also.
By June 2008, First Hotel Skt. Petri in Copenhagen opened the refurbished courtyard terrace featuring an alfresco lounge. With an all day service the beautiful terrace will be the perfect place to enjoy sunny days or evenings in the heart of the city’s old Latin Quarter. With its many oases including an all-day sundeck, this will be the perfect sanctuary for after work hours or sun-kissed Sundays.
First Hotel Amaranten in Stockholm now opens an exclusive penthouse floor offering the ultimate in style and comfort in addition to sweeping cityscape vistas. The penthouse suites feature private palatial balconies and roof terraces of up to 20 square metres.
First Hotel Grims Grenka in Oslo is the only Scandinavian hotel to be exclusively rated among the Worlds Best Business Hotels on the 2008 Top-50 list by the trendsetting international magazine Wallpaper. The bright and airy new conference room seats 60 participants and the 4 adjacent breakout rooms seat a total of 50. The conference facilities are annexed to splendid glass-covered atrium and spacious restaurant-bar. All conference rooms are furnished and offer state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment such as 58-inch wide-screen TVs, wireless microphones, large projection screens and wireless Internet throughout.
First G in Gothenburg Wellness opened 23 June. Sauna, fitness studio, spa treatments and a comfort zone. First Hotel G is centrally located in Gothenburg and has 300 stylish rooms that offer a sweeping view of the town.
