Ice Cool Incentive Activities

Even if we cannot guarantee snow and typical winter activities in Stockholm – we always have ice!

Absolut Icebar in Stockholm is the world’s first permanent ice bar. Here, the temperature is -5°C all year round, and the entire interior – including the glasses – is made from 100% pure, crystal-clear ice from the Torne River in Swedish Lapland. Your 40 minute visit will include warm clothing, gloves, an ice-cool feeling of exhilaration and an Absolut Vodka cocktail of your choice  served in an ice glass.

Ice Menu

Two of the dishes are served using a plate and bowl made using ice from the Torne River.
Starter: 60 g bleak roe from Kalix with red onion and crème fraîche, and Västerbotten cheese pie, served on
an ice plate.
Main course: Spiced reindeer with sour vanilla sauce, celeriac purée, forest mushrooms and black peppered
lingonberries.
Dessert: Arrack-marinated cloudberries with vanilla ice cream, served in an ice bowl.
