Historic Dinner at Citadellet Fortress in Landskrona.
Enjoy a dinner in historical surroundings in the fortress built in 1559. Choose your time period; medieval, renaissance etc, with or without costumes. Start you evening with a guided tour around the fortress or why not participate in the “battle” from 1676? If you prefer to dress up and join the prisoners game, this is the right place to do it. Duration: Approx 5 hours

The Bjäre peninsula is the home of absolutely the first potato harvest each year. These new potatoes are a delicacy eagerly longed for. Join one of the potato tours, learn about farming and the history of the potato, participate in planting or harvesting and enjoy the taste of freshly boiled potatoes. Try the Karlsson’s New potato vodka, made by the former blender at Absolut Vodka. Meet the producer of 26 sorts of tomatoes. In the evening you cook your own gastronomic meal with ingredients from the local producers. The master chef will guide you. Duration: Approx 2,5 -8 hours.

Arrival by coach or speedboat. Enjoy an exhilarating tour along the coastline to Torekov where you all meet. The tour continues by bus to the Tennis Museum, the Märta Måås-Fjätterström Weaving Mill and Art Glass Studio. Visit the largest Ostrich farm in Sweden, situated at the Bjäre peninsula. Taste the delicious dishes and learn about breading. The family Engstrom sold their cows and started the ostrich farm about ten years ago. The famous Swedish Chef Tina Nordstrom visited the farm last year when her TV Show Swedish Cooking was produced. The visit will include supper with a special made ostrich casserole. Duration: Approx 2 hours


Start your day at Sofiero Castle and Garden, the former Sofiero CastleRoyal summer residence situated in the outskirts of Helsingborg. The guided tour will take you through the famous garden of rhododendron as well as the castle. Continue to Wrams Gunnarstorp Castle where the Tornerhjelm family will welcome you to one of the most beautiful treasures in southern Sweden. Refreshments and snacks will be served.Next visit private castle from the 16th century, Trollenäs Castle, with its intact baroque interior. Lunch, with white table linen and shining candelabras will be served. Duration: Approx 8 hours
