The Countryside Culinary Tour
For the first time Cuisine Skane is offering a range of culinary experiences in the beautiful Österlen countryside, an area rich in tradition and history. The tour takes you to specialty food producers and restaurants who maintain local traditions. The route follows pretty country roads through many areas of cultural and historical interest. Among the sights are Ekobyn, an environmental village, in Baskemölla and Övedskloster, site of a monastery first established in the twelfth century. With you on the trip is a guide conversant I Danish, English, French and German.
