Norwegian Starts Flying Between Malmö and Stockholm

On the 2nd of December Norwegian will launch yet another domestic route in Sweden when it starts flying between Stockholm/Arlanda Airport and Malmö Airport. The airline will offer three departures a day on weekdays and up to two departures daily on weekends.

“In order to be a competitive player on the market and a good alternative for both business and leisure travellers, it is important to offer an extensive route network. We have recently significantly expanded our international network from Stockholm, now it is important to also reinforce our position on the Swedish domestic market, where the Malmö-Stockholm route is one of the largest domestic routes. We see considerable potential for this direct route,” says Daniel Skjeldam, Commercial Director at Norwegian.

Norwegian will offer three departures a day every weekday and up to two departures a day on weekends. Next spring the company plans to increase from three to six departures a day.
