Nordic Food Localism In Stockholm
There is a culinary experience happing in February in Sweden. On Monday February 18th, Futureperfect invites you to an evening at Fotografiska in Stockholm. Nordic Food Localism is an event that explore sustainability of local production and consumption of food. You will meet some of Swedens best chefs, including Mathias Dahlgren of Grand Hôtel, and hear pioneers in urban design like Ola Kjellander on integrating food production into architecture. We’ll present real examples of new trends in sustainable food and living, and top it all off with a tasty dinner serving the extraordinary iWagyu® beef from Värmvik, Sweden.
