Noma Copenhagen Restaurant 108

Now, in partnership with René and the Noma team, this dream becomes a reality. Noma Copenhagen restaurant’s name, “108”, refers to its permanent address on Strandgade in Christianshavn. 108 will open their doors there in late spring.

The Noma team spent the last six months preparing for this project: “we’ve created dishes, started collaborations with various farmers, and salted, pickled, and preserved all the delicious berries, plants, and flowers that nature has to offer.”
We want to keep exploring; creating the essence of an urban restaurant; one with a proximity to nature, to farms, and to the vibes of the city.
108 restaurant will be a place for families to come together for a quick dinner on a Monday night, or for friends to sit down on a Friday evening for a longer meal.

Noma Copenhagen restaurant POP UP

From mid January to April, while René’s team is in Australia, The 108 team will have the fantastic opportunity of taking over the Noma kitchen.

The pop up will start on January 20th, lasting 13 weeks, and give diners an early taste of what is planned for 108. We will be open from Wednesday to Saturday, and feature an a la carte menu.
