Together with her husband, Eleanor opened a bed and breakfast, offering accommodations in the serene, nature- rich forest near V Torup. With the constant twitter of birds, the antics of squirrels, and occasional glimpses of foxes, the location provided a perfect home for moose. This business eventually grew to include a gift shop, barbeque facilities, walking trails, and possibilities for other activities.
