Meet The Meeting Industry In Göteborg, Sweden
Meetings@TUR Fair in Göteborg will begin Wednesday 18 March with Association Meetings Day & Corporate Meetings Day. These international programmes will cater for both domestic and international congress and business meeting buyers.
The program will include:
-Release of the 2008 Trend Report for the Swedish meetings industry.
-David Hornby, Commercial Director of Visit London, will speak on the importance of meetings and events in building a destination’s brand.
-The winner of The Meeting Planner of the Year Award will be announced.
-Elling Håmsö, European ROI Institute, will speak about the Facebook generation’s meetings.
-Final of Avisita Inspiring Meeting Concept Competition.
– Paul Bridle will talk about leadership. Paul was voted 12th of the Top 20 Most Influential Leadership Gurus of 2008.
