During a 4-day programme in three different outstanding locations you will meet and be inspired by master chefs like Tobias, The Gastronomi studion Era 10:3 in Båstad, Jakob Lells and Martin Hansen at Skanörs Gästgifvaregård and Anders Vendel at Mötesplats Österlen.
The chef Tobias Östlund from the 
Gastronomistudio era 10:3 did qualify for one final place in Chef of the Year 2007, the Swedish championship in professional cooking, Sweden’s most prestigious food preparation competition where the winner can then compete against the Gastronomic Academy dairy medal winner.
Submissions for the semi finals consisted of ingredients for recipes with saddle of lamb and cauliflower, along with an optional side dish and at least one dairy dish. This recipe was prepared and judged at the semi finals.
