Greetings From Summer In Sweden
Travel Gate Sweden is on the move this summer, to assist incoming groups or just to explore this beautiful country for myself! The photo is from my mobile office at the time in Kungsträdgården park in Stockholm. The waiters where also busy as scarecrows (not visible in the picture).
That day I started with a tour to the Fåfängan Café, a hidden gem for Stockholmers to visit for the view and atmosphere. We walked from the lockers (Slussen) but I rather suggest a taxi or the buses (but you have to walk up the hill). Just below your feet the impressive cruise ships are lining up waiting for the passengers to get back from their city tours. During the evenings you can enjoy the singers and entertainment with a lot of folk singers or Jazz. The little pavilion will be a gorgeous venue for a dinner with a smaller group! For myself I choosed the tour in the Old Town that evening – walkabout and stops for history and folk songs – our guide brought his guitar with him!
