Giants cottage
Just behind the trees, not so easy to discover, the small cottage of a giant is hiding. There are many legend of the strong and tall peasant boy Tyfve who lived here 250 years ago. He could kill a bull with his bare hands, carry ten times the weight of other men.
He won duels with men in the the army of King Karl XII and help the local farmers against intruders. He was 25 years old when the battle of Helsingborg took place. No army from Skåne were engaged since the Swedish King did not relay on there loyalty. Still, in Skåne North West these stories true or a bit umbroidered are told and written down. The cottage is a small museum as a memory of the giants parents. It is situated just opposite the farm where the last in his line died 1860.
