Europe’s Largest Food Studio
The new food studio located in central Stockholm can take up to 160 people – all able to prepare food under the guidance of leading chefs in six kitchens totalling 600 m². The capacity has more than doubled reflecting the increase in demand.
Its central location is also important as a new restaurant concept for private people is being launched on Saturday evenings. Instead of going to the theatre, cinema, a musical or a traditional restaurant, you can visit the food studio and prepare a three course sample menu together with leading chefs whilst enjoying good wine. Take along your partner or some friends and enjoy a wonderful gastronomic evening together!
A new bar has also been added where you can round off your evening with a cognac, drink or perhaps even a glass of Champagne in our Champagne lounge! The bar has been designed to make it convenient to start off your evening with, for example, wine tasting, rum tasting or a Champagne tasting.
All the latest technology is of course available if you would like to have a conference before your activity gets underway.
The well-known architect Pontus Lomar from Lomar Arkitekter – the designer behind the F12 and Grill restaurants – has designed this top-modern studio using kitchen equipment from Gaggenau, Neff and Siemens. The kitchens are from the top-quality make Poggenpohl.
The entire studio and bar have been built using inspiration from Swedish design – the bar is built from Swedish wood, and the brass fittings and marble are from Kolmården. The dining area uses the Swedish designed wallpaper from Sigrid Sandberg and the chairs are designed by Carl Malmsten.
Six different groups can be handled at the same time. Flexible sliding doors allow all the kitchens to be combined into one large kitchen with an adjoining dining area so that any number from eight to 160 people can prepare food and dine together.
