Culinary Event for Organic Food Lovers
..and who is not? The Skane Eco Farmers Circuit will this year take place in the beginning of September. Last year the very first ”Ekorundan” took place in the south of Sweden. A number of organic farms invited the public to enjoy two relaxing days in the countryside, with inspiring activities for both children and grown-ups, while simultaneously providing an opportunity to meet one’s local farmer and gain insight into organic production methods. I still remember the passionate farmer with his experimental garden for students and scientist to learn from. 
The event was a great success, with several hundred visitors on each farm. Therefore, due to public demand, we are pleased to announce that there will be a follow-up this year: Ekorundan 2008. During two days in September, a number of organic farmers from around Skåne invite the public out into the country-side, where they will offer a range of exciting activities. One common activity for all the participating farms is ”Bonden berättar” >(The farmer’s story) that takes place twice each day. During this event the farmer tells the story behind his or her farm and the visitor is welcome with their own questions concerning organic food production and environmental issues!
So pack your picnic baskets and bring the entire family along to experience fresh air, home-baked and healthy food, pleasant company, animals and rural beauty.

The Mossagården festival
1-3 August 2008
For the first time ever, the organic farm Mossagården is proud to present its very own festival. During three days, 1-3 August 2008, Mossagården will celebrate its 10 year anniversary, through a number of participating artists and happenings. The festival will take place in and around the Mossagården farm in Veberöd, Skåne. The farm will be transformed into an outdoor festival venue, including two stages that will host a wide variety of music concerts, children’s’ entertainment, comedians and dance performances. There will also be lots of nature activities on and around the farm, a crafts market and wide range of cafés, serving delicious organic food and beer.
The program will be continuously updated with participating artists.
