Biking Adventure Roundtrip
Last week I just realized that this region should be explored on a bike. Most tourist offices have day tours and short excursions in the area. I think I will create the coast to coast alternative as well! This tour will take you alongside the coastline, near sandy beaches and to the rural countryside with forests, ridges, castles and small villages.
The east coast also known as the Provence district of Sweden. From here you can take the train (with bikes) back to Helsingborg and start a new tour. You could also go on north to the lake and forest district.
The northwest tour takes you to Kullen peninsula and to the next peninsula Bjäre with the charming fishing villages Torekov and Båstad. From Båstad 
you take the train back to Helsingborg.
From Helsingborg you could reach the small island Ven by boat, 
and bike around for a day and go back to Helsingborg in the evening. Or you could stay the night and have a great dinner in the evening on the island.
