Artists Open House April 5-6
Each spring, artists and artisans of the Skåne region open their studios to the public. Now there are several open-house art routes in Skåne.
A joint exhibition with one piece of art from each of the participating artists will be held in the art gallery at Landskrona Konsthall in Landskrona. This year, 155 artists and artisans will participate in the north-west event.
West – Malmö – Lund – Skanör area
The artistic “spread” is shown at the big collector exhibitions at Alnarpsgården and Kulturforum Esarp, where all participating artists (49) are represented. Link to South-west event.
Centre – Eslöv – Hässleholm – Hörby – Höör
This year the 83 artists will have their joint exhibition at Frostavallen i Höör.
South east – Österlen
It all started in 1968. A handful of artists decided to open their studios to the public ÖSKG has today over 150 members. Most of the artistic fields are represented. Sculptors, painters, textile artists, glassblowers, silversmiths, ceramic artists, printmakers, handicraftsmen, wood and computer artists congregate several times during the year to hold meetings to vote in the presiding committee and chairman.
South-western Skåne April 6-15
During six days, members of the group keep their doors open to the public. Furthermore, there is an art exhibition in Naturgården, a beautiful, well-managed estate with ancestry from the 18th century. It is situated in Bröddarp, in the centre of the exhibition area, which mainly stretches within the townships of Vellinge, Svedala and Trelleborg.
