And the winner is..
Norrviken Park in Båstad in northwest Skåne was recently awarded as the most beautiful park in Sweden. The artist and master of the garden, Tage Andersen took over the management three years ago.
“The Renaissance Garden holds a special part in my heart”, Tage Andersen says. “The light and ambience here at the end of the day is worth the trip”. It is a fairy tale park. Do not be surprised if you catch a glimps of a fairy. If the palace of Titania exists it must be here somewhere. . It was from the Italian renaissance and baroque that the founder of Norrviken, Rudolf Abelin took the idea of placing the garden’s different rooms along a main axis – 
there is an axis that leads from the entrance, by way of Villa Abelin and ends in the Reflection Pool merging with the sea in the background. Abelin took his foremost inspiration from the landscape itself. It was nature and the wild land that set the guidelines for how the gardens were to be laid out. The artistically created settings were to blend with the landscape and the transition to the surrounding land was to be natural.

Visit Titania at Legoland
The fascinating story of how “Titania’s Palace” came into being begun on a summer’s day in the year 1907. Major Sir Nevile Wilkinson, a Veteran of the Boer Wars, was sitting at his easel in the garden of his house in Mount Merrion 2 – 3 miles south of Dublin City centre. His young daughter Gwendoline, aged 3, insisted she had seen a fairy disappear in the moss, at the roots of one of the old trees in the garden. Slowly the idea evolved, to build the palace, on the inspiration of Gwendolene, and the story of Titania and Oberon in Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer nights dream. In 1978 the Palace came on the market though the Auction House of Christies in London, and Legoland® in Denmark bought it.
