The Stockholm Countryside – Sörmland
These days I think a rainbow from Sörmland will illustrate the beauty of rain.. The restaurant Hornuddens Trädgård, overlooks the lake with 32 seats in the cosy dining room and additional seats on the balcony. Enjoy modern Swedish cuisine with a twist! In their farm shop you can purchase freshly picked tomatoes, cucumbers, assorted lettuce, herbs such as basil, thyme, oregano, marjoram, parsley, beautiful flowers and plants that you can grow in your own garden. They also sell marmalades, pesto and juice that are freshly made on the farm. During summer volunteers from all over the world come from the organisation wwoof.
