Itinerary:
Day 1. Cross the bridge from Copenhagen to Malmö. Visit local eco-farmers and taste their home made specialities. Arrival at Ängavallen in the afternoon. If you have not yet had dinner just let yourself relax and enjoy the silence of this pastoral park and hotel. Zip a glass of champagne and an appetizer+ a four-course romantic dinner in the Herb Garden ”Örtagården” restaurant in the evening. The ecological built hotel cottages in modern Scandinavian Design will give you a good night sleep.
Distance: Malmö – Ängavallen approx 21 kilometres.

Day 2. After breakfast visit the old Viking Settlements in Trelleborg, follow the south coast road east and experience the most southern point in Sweden, Smygehuk. Here you can enjoy a sandwich lunch, enjoy the view before you go back to your hotel. Do stop on your way back and take a walk at the beach, perhaps a swim too!

Back at Ängvallen you will have a guided tour and the farm story, food preparation together with the passonate and skilled chefs at Ängavallen.
Distance: Ängavallen – Trelleborg, 17 kilometres, – Smygehuk 12 kilometres.

Shopping tour in Malmö with a guide to the best ecological and fair trade boutiques. Her are Scandinavian design, fashion and food presented beautifully by Malmö Fair Trade. This will take the afternoon with an afternoon coffee brake à la Sweden.

Day 4. Departure, visit Skanör Falsterbo, walk on the beautiful dunes in the harbour. Taste the fresh smoked fish in the small outdoor restaurant before you go back to Malmö and Copenhagen.
Distance: Ängavallen – Skanör, approx 15 kilometres.

Optional Day Tours, examples:
Green Golf packages – green fee and rental clubs to one of the nearby golf courses. Even here there is an ecological option: Värpinge Golf Course in the University Town Lund. Take a 9 hole rond and have time to visit Lund afterwards with the impressive cathedral, open air museum “Kulturen” and Botanical Garden. The golf course is a play & pay course.
