Experience an exclusive Golf package in Stockholm archipelago!
Sailing is the perfect way to explore and experience Stockholm from the sea side, with it’s tremendous amount of
archipelago islands. On some of these 30.000 islands there are well situated golf courses. This makes a perfect
combination for the active golf enthusiast, whom would like to explore the beautiful archipelago as well as play golf.
Sleep onboard a spacious yacht
On board the spacious yachts, 51 feet Jeanneau/Beneteau, the participants will have an opportunity to actively participate in the sailing activity; pull out the sails, navigate and steer the yachts. Or, for those who wish, just sit back relax! On board there will be an experienced skipper who is responsible for security and guidance. No previous experience needed! We adjust the sailing according to weather and wind and the wishes of the client.
Itinerary
- Day 1 Arrival / Saltsjöbaden
- Saltsjöbaden, Grand Hotel, conveniently located, in the seaside right outside of Stockholm, about 30 minutes from the City centre or 1 hour from Arlanda Airport, this is the ideal location for the archipelago and golf trip to begin! The hotel offers an exclusive ambiance with views over the harbour and the renowned Swedish archipelago.
- Day 2 Sailing & Golf O/N onboard / Afternoon golf
- After breakfast, at requested time, your skipper meet up with one of the 51 foot sailing yachts (Jeanneau Sun Odyssé) in the harbor in front of the hotel. After boarding and getting comfortable on board, we leave Saltsjöbaden behind for a few hours sailing south. In the afternoon of golf at the nearby golf course. After a nice day of golf we suggest to try out the sauna and a hot tub on the dock by the water.
- Day 3 Sailing & Golf O/N onboard / Explore the islands
- When ready, leaving the shore behind for a full day sailing. During this full day sailing, the participants will have an excellent sightseeing through a varied nature and islands. Lunch on board, anchored by a small island. In the afternoon we will be arriving to the island of Utö, in the southern, “outer archipelago”.
- Day 4 Sailing & Golf, Departure
- Once again boarding the yacht for a last, short sailing to the mainland, and Årsta (2-3 hrs), for the last golf round at Fors Golf course. After a final golf round, there will be a transfer by bus/taxi back to Stockholm City.
