4-Days Sailing In Stockholm

A luxury  vacation package fro small groups to experience  sailing  in Stockholm. The archipelago i Stockholm with it’s 1000s of islands are easy accessible from the city centre or the airport. Included in the package:
4 days sailing, 3 nights on-board as proposed below, on a 51 foot sailing yacht, along with responsible skipper. There are several options depending on size of the group.
Bed-linen and towels.
Wind and rain jacket/pants.
Life jackets.
Fruit, mineral water, coffee/tea on board.
Transfer from/to the dock and airport.

Itineray Tour Idea
Day 1:

Arrival in Arlanda or Skavsta Airport in Stockholm, transfer to the picturesque village Vaxholm.
On agreed time, skippers from meet up with one of our 51 foot sailing yachts (Jeanneau Sun Odysse) in Waxholm –  After boarding and getting comfortable on board, we leave the harbor behind. Sailing out leaving the “inner archipelago” to the first island to stop at is Grinda, a typical green “middle archipelago” island with a small farm as well as a hotel and restaurant; Grinda Wärdshus.
We adjust the sailing to current weather and wind circumstances.
After dinner is enjoyed at the restaurant the first night is spent on-board the yacht.
Life on-board demands a bit of flexibility and a sporty mind, al though the yacht is spacious and comfortable with 4 cabins. Our skipper will be there for overall responsibility, safety and guiding of the sailing and life on-board, but as a “crew” on board you will be actively involved in your own comfort onboard during these days and nights!

Day 2:
Breakfast can be prepared aboard or on the island.
When ready, leaving the shore.
Full day sailing through the “middle archipelago”.
Lunch will be eaten aboard, preferably anchored in a bay.
In the afternoon sailing continues, and we plan to arrive at Finnhamn another beautiful green island on the border of the middle/outer archipelago.
After exploring the island dinner will be enjoyed at the local island restaurant. Night will be spent on board.

Day 3:
Breakfast can be prepareaboard or on the island.
When ready, leaving the shore behind. Today we will let the winds decide where to head.
After a full day sailing, with lunch onboard during the day, we will anchor by the cliff of any of the many islands. If possible as the only yacht on the spot, to enjoy the beautiful nature and the last dinner on board.
Night will be spent on board.

Day 4:
Breakfast can be prepared onboard or on the island.
When ready, leaving the shore behind.
Full day sailing, in the outer archipelago of Stockholm, again the sailing will be adjusted to current weather and wind circumstances. Lunch onboard; preferably anchored in a bay.
In the afternoon we arrive to Sandhamn one of the outer archipelago islands, which offers a small community with shops, hotels, restaurants, right on the sea accompanied with sandy beaches and a beautiful forest to explore.
This is the last stop for the sailing yacht. We recommend spending a day or two before travel back to Stockholm. For a very exclusive and luxury stay in the archipelago you could combine with the Oaxen..
