Historic Dinner at Citadellet Fortress in Landskrona.
Enjoy a dinner in historical surroundings in the fortress built in 1559. Choose your time period; medieval, renaissance etc, with or without costumes. Start you evening with a guided tour around the fortress or why not participate in the “battle” from 1676? If you prefer to dress up and join the prisoners game, this is the right place to do it. The Bjäre peninsula is the home of absolutely the first potato harvest each year. These new potatoes are a delicacy eagerly longed for. Join one of the potato tours, learn about farming and the history of the potato, participate in planting or harvesting and enjoy the taste of freshly boiled potatoes. Try the Karlsson’s New potato vodka, made by the former blender at Absolut Vodka. Meet the producer of 26 sorts of tomatoes. The family Engstrom sold their cows and started the ostrich farm about ten years ago. The famous Swedish Chef Tina Nordstrom visited the farm last year when her TV Show Swedish Cooking was produced.
