The cooking tips are both plentiful and varied – each chef has his own speciality – and so do you! Choose between different cooking courses offered – at the castle, in the city or a special theme, like the Herring school. Participate in their resident chef’s hands-on cooking class or just relax in their welcoming kitchen, sip wine and watch. We all share delight and enthusiasm in using local primary products from Skåne.

Painting and ceramics: In Skåne the artists are glad to share their secrets with you. It is a county which is famous for the artistic quality and dedication. The painters in Skåne south east and the potters at the ceramic birthland of Skåne north east will invite your guests to join the artistic circles. The castle of Sofiero arrange special training courses in the beautiful garden called every summer. Enjoy and sense the Monet inside you!

Active Driving with practical exercises will raise your panic threshold. It will also show how you can reduce the effect of driving on the enviroment. The instructors have several years experience of professional safety training and high level driving, something which guarantees high quality on our courses.
